A Ruby Roots take on a Maritime pantry favourite. Cowboy Mustard Beans are packed in a sweet mustard sauce with a gentle heat and smoky finish — bold enough to stand beside burgers, sausages and pulled pork, but just as good straight from the jar alongside a cold plate.

Ingredients: Yellow wax beans, vinegar (5% acidity), sugar, water, dry mustard, turmeric, celery seed, salt.
